video sharing

Is there a certain format that a video has to be in? I tried to view the videos on my PC or by sending to another device and it will not upload to play.

Are these videos that you recorded using the HTC Inspire? You transfer them to the computer and cannot view them? Is that correct?

lilme08, please forgive me if I'm being a little slow. The movie you are sharing is saved in a format that Windows probably doesn't have a default player for: .3gp
You can try a converter: Convert Video Free: Free 3GP Video Converter - Video Converting Software (this is just a random one, you can pick from a large list) or add the codec to whichever player you are using.
Another option is to load the movie to YouTube if you want to make sharing the movie easy.

So I think the main issue that you are running into is the file format of the file, the .3gp extension. Does that help?
