Video size, how to take smaller videos?

I took a short video using the front facing camera and changed the size to 480, the video was still 19 meg, just small enough to email.

Any way to shrink a video or take a lower quality video for txting or to be able to take a longer video and email it?

You can go all the way down to QVGA for the FFC (320) - in camera settings

ill have to try again, last time i looked I could only get down to 480

Yeah that's how far I got down to mine was 480p

You can use your native movie maker to reduce the quality of the video but it's a pia.
