Videos take forever to upload

To Facebook and Instagram. This has been happening since I got the V20. Is this happening to anyone else?

When I upload to Instagram, the progress bar will go backward, then forward, then backward again.

Video is set to standard HD.

Videos are huuuge files, depending on how long the video is.
