Videos uploading in poor quality

Hello so I took a short video Saturday and unloaded to YouTube and the quality was terrible, on the phone it looks great, I haven't changed any YouTube settings from my last iPhone they uploaded fine?
Not sure what changed?

And YouTube was set to 1080p, I see no reason for poor quality upload?

The video is available in low resolution at first until YouTube finishes processing the HD version. Have you gone back to check it again?
