Videos won't load

A couple months ago I sent my phone(galaxys3) away to get its charge port thing to get repaired .when it came back the internet speed seemed noticeably slower.A big problem was YouTube videos seemed chopy even with my home's WiFi. Then a little over a month ago I lost my phone and i recently found it .The bad thing is now YouTube videos and spotify don't load at all, and I try to go to certain websites and they don't load.I can use social apps and their videos will load What can I do to fix this? How come my phones internet gets even slower and slower after not using it for awhile.what can I do to prevent this ?

I did this and then I factory reset it. It still doesn't load.Thanks for the tip though!
