view 4k videos from Galaxy note 3?

I was wondering if anybody has this Note 10.1 AND galaxy note 3 and tried to transfer 4k videos, and watch on this device. Basically wondering if it is capable of displaying 4k video like galaxy note 3?

I just tried it and it plays saying 'Audio only'

Bit of a disappointment I must say.

EDIT: It flashes up at the bottom of the screen "Unsupported Video Codec" I just noticed too.
