View Video Stored on External Device

I am trying to use my Droid2 to view video captured on a small camera that has no screen. The camera has a mini USB port. I got a USB-A (full-size male) to USB Micro(whatever is on Droid) adapter, so I can plug one into the other. I've tried Astro file manager to see what is in the camera's memory but can't get there.

Suggestions?

Clarification of cabling: using adapter on camers's USB cable (usually used to plug into computer). So, fullsize to micro adapter added to above cable.
