I bought my virgin galaxy s3 in january. Ots perfectly running and everyone is saying they got 4.4.2 kitkat...its the model sph-L710...why haven't I gotten it yet? What's going on???

Virgin Mobile needs to release the update but if you're saying everything is fine on your phone then I wouldn't worry about it right now.
