Did anyone buy this phone was it any good? Any word on the Galaxy III coming this carriers way?

Just bought it last night. So far I really like it. Got it for $279 at Walmart. I've had almost all of the phones from Virgin Mobile. This one seems really well made, and the camera is much better than any other phone I've used.
