I heard on a Computer Talk on AM radio that there is alot of Hacking going on the Droids. I missed the part of the show where he tells you what to do. What is the best & easiest Virus Protector for my Droid.

Lookout can also be a battery eater.

Be smart about what apps you install, and use ROMs that have the latest security in place.

I believe more should be done to protect people from bull**** but that doesn't mean I can be lazy.

Haven't found Lookout to have any noticeable impact. I turned off auto backup and location tracking, as well as auto scanning. It basically only runs when I download a new app and it checks it for signs of malware. I perform a full scan manually every so often when I know I have plenty of juice.

Yes if you install all the apps with care and watch them carefully before that they have any effects or not. yeah and also install any antivirus so that it can protect it from virus and various type of threats.
