Visual Voicemail Issues After 2.1 Update

I originally obtained my Samsung Moment from Sprint about 6 weeks ago and the Visual Voicemail worked just fine. When I upgraded to 2.1 it immediately began locking up my phone almost every time I used Visual Voicemail. I am getting the "Force Close" or "Wait" messages chronically now when I go into VV and I'm hitting Force Close like it is my job (pretty much every VM I get). Shouldn't be this frequent and can't figure out what the problem is. Don't have many apps downloaded and have even tried killing all tasks in background before going into VV and it still does it. Anyone else having these issues and if so, any ideas on cause? Thanks!

are you killing "voice search" if so stop killing it and see if that helps

Nope. It doesn't make a difference. It happens regardless of whether I kill it or not.
