Visual Voicemail not working

My device's visual voicemail doesn't seem to be working. I tried changing the PIN and it said "system error". Not sure if this is update related... has anyone else had issues?

EDIT: Nevermind... working after I reset the PIN.

Settings
Application manager
Swipe to the left and choose "all"
Touch the 2-line thingy below the glass screen on the left.
Choose "reset"
Your visual vm will re-appear but at the expense of resetting your defaults.
