Vodafone Banned me on there forum

I registered on there forum and have been posting (not as Good as this tho)
But as they Bust my phone with there faulty update, i got no help from there 191 or Live chat
so i turned to there eforum, I was chuffed to see that i was not the only one
i try logging on after a long day at work i find that i am greeted with Your banned
on checking my emails they seem to think i'm some one else !!! and want my number ???
its on my account ?
But why would they ban me ?
I didn't do anything wrong
anyhow i have found this forum lets hope your not like them
 
Yeah, I got banned from the HTC One forum for complaining that the mediator would respond to every question asked with "Hello welcome to the HTC One forum, I hope someone will answer your question." WTH? They were the mediator and answered zero questions. It appeared they were just trying to get their post numbers up by posting to every thread. Most of the posts there were first time posters. Had I taken the time to sign up and post a question I would have been upset to see a response that was nothing and helped me in no way at all. I felt like I was the only one over there answering questions and probably had close to 75 posts trying to help people until I finally got tired of seeing the mediator post their little hello message and asked them nice to stop. Their response was to post to my hello this is who I am and why I wanted to join this forum post with "Hello welcome to the forum." I went back after that and recommended everyone with new threads come here. I think you'll find lots of help here and the people are nice and mostly show respect to posters. The mediators are helpful too, and don't waste your time. Having said that "Welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy your time here".
 
Maybe it was because of spelling errors... their not there. Sorry, I had to do it

Well i had been with them for year ever since they started
last year the eforum was Good, We could talk about what we wanted
Back then they upset there customers with Bloatware and how the rolled it out, they quickly removed it under pressure from the press
Now they have don the same trick !!!
it looks like any one that is speaking out gets Banned
You probs got a email saying you breech there Terms and condition
I'm also my ip address is also locked out, and i can also view via my phone
its disgusting how there customers are getting treated, Samsung did pull all the updates they were rolling out
it was not a Fix nor did it have any fixes on from Samsung
this was a Vodafone only and the private company they used to make this screwed it up
they breached Samsung's T&C by tampering with there IMS app
I'm working on a method that i will post on here to de brand any UK or SM-G900F device
No rooting or anything it works and kies say's i have a unbranded phone
Oh as for unlock codes Vodafone charge £20 Samsung = FREE
 
Now this is getting silly!!!!
I spoke to there C/S and they tell me there is no direct contact with the Eforum team (Must be there Department), i said is this there email address she said she could not confirm that.
I emailed back and said my mobile number is on my profile and i am not passing that around.
I then get well i'm sorry but the ban still stands Grrrrrrrrrrr as we can not confirm who you are ????????
any how i have been poking around on here and there is more info on here so not all bad
I didn't no there was so many different S5 phones
 
Vodafone is worst I believe as I also customer of Vodafone NZ with their 2 year contracted phone Galaxy S5 and they are worst in New Zealand but one good thing is that they actually respond me good through e-mail when my questions wasn't answered for 2 weeks on community. May be you should call to head of call center which may works for you.
