Voice and data not working at the same time

I have a question that Voice and data not working at the same time,when i am on the call then data option gets disabled and i am unable to access any application using net.
Can anyone tell me solution or its bug/drawback in android.

What network and device are you on?

2G does not work when a voice call is in progress.
I'm using H+ in India and can browse during a call
