Voice answering on the galaxy s7 edge

Is there still voice activated answering for phone calls on the GS7 edge as is on the GS6 edge?

Go to Accessibility in your Settings -> Answering & ending calls -> Using Voice Commands: Switch this option on.

You need to set up your S Voice wake up command and have that turned on.
