Can not launch voice command from anywhere on phone. When icon is pressed, the error is: "Unfortunately, Voice Command has stopped". This is true whether in apps list, in contacts, in dialer, etc. Anyone else seen this or know what I can do to fix it? Really need this functionality so I can use the speakerphone hand free while driving.

Stupid question but is it disabled in your apps list?

Not a stupid question. No it is not disabled. The only thing disabled right now are the two preloaded games.

I just stumbled on this last night, if you disabled your google search function (the one on top of your home screen) then you disabled your voice function. Re-enable it and it will return.

Ok Thanks. It looks like the Voice Command app is linked with GOOGLE NOW. If I use google now to make a hands free call it works okay. Just not sure why they would even have it on there if it (voice command) does not have separate functionality.

Uninstall the updates for Google play and voice command will work again. Hope this helps.
