I do not see the mic for voice in my keyboard am I the only one having this issue and yes I have voice input check on

I noticed that it's missing as well which is really odd. Go to Settings > Language & input > Google Keyboard Settings. Still, no mic. If you go down to Google voice typing and check that box you'll be all sorted out. Why this isn't done by default it amazingly perplexing!
