Ok, I've decided that voice dial sucks major a(double s)

I can say "Call name) and it's the ONLY person with that name on my phone, and it will almost always return the WRONG person.

anybody else have this experience?

I'm with you. Mine is utter garbage, and what makes it worse, is that you have to use HTC voice dialing, and not Google Now with the dot view case. This creates two problems:

1) With the case closed, it will tell you there are multiple matches, and to say the exact name or pick the number. Problem is, it never shows the number and the exact match just tells you there are multiple matches.

2) There is no confirmation before it calls. It will immediately dial the WRONG number constantly. I have to open my phone and either dial manually or use the Google Now voice dialing which actually works.

It's awful! It's not worked once for me, in fact it's way off. Google now, on the other hand is spot on.

I haven't had any problems with voice dialing people,works great.

Aarg. Voice dial is a horrible throwback, especially when its the only option when using a Bluetooth headset. My older droid with voice command was MUCH better, allowing me to initiate voice dialing, texting and other functions hands free. Voice Dial doesn't accurately identify my contacts nor offer these options. Boo.

Anybody know how to have the Bluetooth headset initiate another (better) voice command ap?
