voice imput or output messed up my phone!!!! Please help!!!

I enabled my voice output setting. Now I cant access any of my settings or even make a call from my recent list. When I press an option in either the option stays lit up and nothing happens. If I have to reset my phone how do I xo it without being able to access my settings. Please help! Any advice would help. Thanx

I got it when I enabled voice readout I had to doubletap any option I was selecting. Makes sense really. Im just a dumbass!
