Voice mail notification not showing

If I get a voicemail it wont show up as a notification. I have to dial my voicemail number to see if I have any. Is anyone having this problem? can't seem to find anything in setting to turn VM notification off or on as well.

Has to do with your cell phone provider. Try battery pulling and see if it refreshes.

I have pulled the battery, I have two batteries for my phone so usually turn my phone off and change batteries once a day. Still nothing. So its Rogers not the phone. Even visual VM doesnt work
