Voice Mail Notification Not Working After Flash?

HI all-

Just flashed my EPIC some weeks back and have never seen the Voice Mail ICON again since then. I have been looking around for an easy fix or what it might take step by step. I am on Boost mobile if that helps.

Also, on the Facebook app I have noticed that on the news threads some people do not come up?

Any direction and help is appreciated.
