Voice recorder Apliqato has deleted recordings! Help!

My partner and I are currently in a custody battle with his ex who has been under mental health care.

She sent some highly threatening messages which we recorded using voice recorder from appliqato and we were unaware that with each new phone call old ones would eventually be deleted.

Please is there any way to retrieve these? We are distraught and it was one of our main pieces of evidence for the lawyer around the custody of the children.
