Voice says name of person calling

Does anybody know what feature the voice saying the name of the person calling is under? This never happened before the update and quite frankly it scared the hell out of me when I heard it lol .I just want to know in case I decide to turn to it off.

They are not referring to the AT&T drive mode app they're referring to the driving mode in your notification area, if you pull down your notification area there is a toggle that says Driving Mode, enabling that will allow the phone to say the name or number of an incoming phone call or text message.
