Voice search is censored?

If you speak cus words it shows #####. Why would they do that?

My problem with this is the Translator from Google, it does the same thing. Sometimes I need to talk some **** to some people at my work, and in their language.! Lame on the Censoring!

We can only hope that'll be fixed in the next OTA update.

I long for the day when the release notes an an update read: "Fixed bug where F--k is autocorrected to Duck".

The whole duck thing really changes the tone of the text.

They probably did this because if you hadn't noticed the voice translator doesn't always get it correct...

They probably just didn't want to offend someone if Droid thought they were saying 'f*** you, you mother f*****' when really all they were saying was 'yes, madame, I would quite like to share a cup of tea sometime'

Some people out there still get offended by 'bad words'...

I added bad words to my dictionary, but that doesn't help the Google voice.

really the phone ought to have a setting 'Enable/Disable Potty Mouth' where its set to Disable by default... this way the Droid can get over falling victim to the statement:

The Droid doesn't swear. Everything the Droid doesn't, an iPhone user will.
