Voice Search Widget?

On my Droid, I had a nice little widget that was for Voice Search/Voice actions. I know I can hit the mic on the Google Search Bar, but it's not as convenient.

Anyone know how to get it on the GNEX?

+1. This wasn't much of an issue until I went to nova launcher which allows the removal of the search bar. I do miss the ability to one press access to the voice search.

With GO launcher EX, I am able to resize the Goog search widget down to just the voice button 1x1.
Works way better than the default, which I always had to press 5x to work.
Its annoyingly ugly & white, but works and responds perfectly.
