It appears the voice to text is not working on my S10+. I press the microphone icon, the icons turn blue, I speak, and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? TIA

Have you tried with a wired or wireless headphones? Maybe a physical mic issue?

Are you pressing and holding on the microphone or are you just touching it?

I used to be able to just touch the mic on my keyboard and it would bring up the microphone and it would already be activated. Then if it quit (greyed out) I would touch the microphone again and it would turn blue and I could talk. I never had to hold a button down to talk to text.

Have you tried turning your phone off and on? Oftentimes a glitch like this can be fixed with a reboot.

Hi Mustang. You are on the right path. I solved my issue. In the BlackBerry keyboard, There is in the language settings, advanced inputs. In the advanced input there was a button turned on, that allow BlackBerry to do the voice over text. I turned that button off to allow Google Voice to access. Now it works. I can now do voice to text.
