Voice to Text Required services on Galaxy S4

Hey, my voice to text doesn't work, and I think it may be because I stupidly uninstalled some communication services that it needs. I've been through the whole flowchart for my problem with Verizon and with Samsung. I could do a factory reset and get it back to normal, but it's not quite worth it. Is there any way of getting a list of the services that voice-to-text requires so that I can install all of them?

Have you tried going to settings/more/app manager/turned off and looking at that list? Try turning apps back on until it works.

That's a great idea, thanks! I didn't know about the turned off section. I went through and turned on everything that could be relevant, and it didn't help.

Sorry it didn't help any. That's all I could think of, I'm relatively new to the android world.
