I called sprint and they told me I had a defective phone. I have an appointment tomorrow to get it exchanged.
I wish more Sprint U11 owners would chime in on this. If this is a common issue, I really don't want to set up another phone.

Found out, once your account is activated and you have a Google phone number, dialing *73 and your google number activates no answer forwarding and *74 plus number activates busy forwarding...
