Voicemail App volume

I was wondering if anyone knew how to increase the volume in the voicemail app on the E3D. When i try to listen to a voicemail it sounds like the person is whispering on the phone and i have the in call volume to the max. Is this a known problem or is it just my phone?

Im not having any problems with my VM, but i can report that the new update as a huge increase in volume levels. I was suggest you try that and see if it works for you.
