I recently changed from an iPhone to a Samsung note 5. The iPhone allows a large amount of voicemail storage. When I swapped my voicemail was immediately full. I proceeded to delete all voicemail, even saved and stored. Went into storage and deleted voicemail there and in audio where voicemail appear from time to time. My voicemail is still full but when I call it there is no way to listen to and delete anything that is there. Any help?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this Visual Voicemail, or just the audio voicemail messages you get through your carrier? Those are usually saved on the carrier's own servers, not on the phone. Have you asked your carrier about this?

Sounds like you've already done this, but sharing on the off chance it will help.

Deleting voicemail from storage would probably accomplish the same thing as deleting the items in the "Deleted voice mails". That's what I have on the Verizon version Voicemail app. I think its the same thing as having to delete items from the Trash or Recycle Bin. The file(s) are deleted, but not yet gone until the "Empty Trash" step is completed.
