Voicemail is not working on S8 Active

[Android Central Question]

I can not get voice mail on my new S8 Active. When you call the phone it lets you leave a message ( like it works ) Then i get a text message telling me there is an incoming voice mail from number ........, but no voice mails, no visual voice mail, nothing !

Have you called your carrier and asked them for assistance with voicemail?
