Voicemail notification stuck Samsung Galaxy S4
This just started happening on January 23rd. My voicemail notification is stuck on with no messages in voicemail. When I hold down on the notification, it brings up my phone app. The notifications box is grayed out on the phone app as well as the Voicemail app so I can't uncheck it an recheck it. I have done everything that I have seen suggested except for Clearing the phone data and I don't know what will happen if I do that. I can't find anything posted about that. Any help would be appreciated!!
