Voicemail settings

Lost the ability to edit voicemail settings, like putting the password to be dialed automatically.
Any ideas what controls it?

only "other call settings"

Having this problem on LG Optimus V. Under Call settings, I only have access to the options under "other call settings" -- no voicemail options at all. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

actually i went with Google Voice to replace my VZ voicemail, works great!
