Has anyone else had issues activating this feature? I've spoken to customer care, tech support via the phone and stopped by the local tech support. However, no one has an answer.
Are you with sprint? If you are, after the phone calls, I finally got s decent knowledgeable person (Aaron). Found out there will be a fix soon. In another thread, someone found out that sprint is pushing an update. Hopefully it's in that.

Yes, my provider is Sprint. I too thought the software push would resolve the issue. However, it missed the mark. Your update is far better than any shred of info Sprint was providing. I'll continue to try and stand by. Thanks for the info!
I gave it one last try before taking the device back to Sprint. Luckily it worked. This isn't the only connection issue I've had with this device. I sure hope they work out the bugs.
The only solution that worked for me was doing a battery pull. And that didn't always work as intended. It was a lot of hit, wanting to throw the damn thing, miss, battery pull, etc..
