Hello! So I set up my voicemail, regular and visual and for some reason I'm not getting notifications that I have voicemail When I go to the visual voicemail app, it doesn't even show that I have voicemail. I've reset my phone with no luck. I read that some AT&T users had to contact tech support to have them turn off visual voicemail and then turn it back on from their end. Is this a possibility? Is there another way around this? I don't want to download a 3rd party app, but if I can't get this working I may have to.
