VoLTE option missing please help

Just called Verizon and they said they was refreshing my account this was a little over a half hour ago now the phone completely stopped working no phone calls no data no texting I really need my phone for work tomorrow any help would be appreciated ??????
 
After hours and hours of research I finally just went to a Verizon store they couldn't help either called back to customer service technical support and after another hour on the phone they finally fixed it

I hate phones lmao
 
The usual fix is to go into settings/connections/mobile networks, and set it to lte/cdma. volte doesn't work when it's set to global as the mobile network (global is default I believe).
