Volume and power buttons reversed

This is really just a curiosity...

In every reference and image I've seen, the S7 has a single power button on the right and double volume buttons on the left.

On my phone, the buttons are reversed: the single button is on the left, and the double buttons are on the right.

Function-wise, the bottom right button is power, the top right button is volume up, and the left button is volume down.

I pre-ordered the phone and received it the same day the model was released.

Bought from Verizon.

An early model? Would be curious if anyone has insights on this.

The Verizon user manual shows the buttons in the normal positions. Are you sure you have a genuine Samsung S7?

I ordered it from Verizon, would expect it to be the real thing.

Hardware version 0.6 suggests it could be an early model.

Looks like a fake. I have the same model and hardware version, but have the genuine button placement.
