Volume Buttons / Speaker Disabled ?!?

Hi !
I just bought from ebay an Samsung Galaxy S5 phone Neverlocked and I found a issue.
I'm not sure if was before upgrade Android to 5.0 but now the Speaker/Volume Buttons don't have any effect.
Headphones works perfectly.
Any idea ?

Welcome to Android Central! No sound comes out of the main speaker whatsoever? Try it in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696. If it doesn't work in Safe Mode, then the speaker may have failed (or maybe it was faulty to begin with).

I: can't go in safe mode because volume buttons are broken.

Oh yeah.:-\ But that's interesting--it suggests the problem lies with the volume buttons, not with the speaker. If you don't have an option to return the phone to the seller for a refund, then bring it to a repair shop and see if they can diagnose the problem. Fixing the volume buttons would probably not cost that much.

First things first, download one of many volume button apps from the play store. This will act as virtual volume buttons and function the same. Then you can see if your speakers are also affected or just your physical buttons.

You should also check Settings>Accessibility>Hearing>Turn Off All Sounds and make sure it isn't checked
