Volume control/vibrate and secure wi-fi question

On my wife's old Note 10, when she turned the volume all the way down, it automatically switched to vibrate. I noticed that her S22 Ultra and my S23 Ultra don't do this, am I missing a setting somewhere?

Also, I was watching a video on the modes and routines and the guy set a routine where when he left his house, his S23 Ultra would use secure wi-fi. Out of curiosity I looked for that option on my phone and I don't have an option for secure wi-fi (spectrum mobile). Maybe a carrier thing?

Go to settings>sounds and connection>turn off use volume keys control media volume
