Volume notification/AT&T S6

Hello,

Sorry if this was discussed elsewhere. I received an update this past weekend and now every time I plug or unplug my phone I get a warning about the sound being off. Anyway to turn this off?

Plug or unplug the phone into a charger or the computer? Is the sound actually off? Was the sound on to begin with, and then it turns off after plugging/unplugging?

Plugging into charger. Either standard charger that came with phone, wireless charger or car charger; and yes the volume is off on purpose. I receive notification on my watch.

Sorry, but I'm not sure if there's a way to turn that off. Hopefully someone here with an S6 can shed more light on that.

Are you using the AC app or the main desktop browser website?

Hmm, you're right. (I hardly ever use the AC app to post in the forums.) You'd have to use the desktop browser site (or possibly the Tapatalk-based app -- I don't use that either).

Well, my daughter figured it out. It's the stupid Peel TV remote app. Disabled it and the message is gone. You can mute notifications but apparently only for 30 days then it turns itself back on. I've disable it and will no longer use it.

Glad you found the problem! That Peel Remote app is the source of multiple headaches.
