Hi! As the poster above me stated, what are the stipulations of your contract or insurance? Is this phone new? If so, I would go to where you bought it and see what they can do for you.
LG will (most likely) immediately recommend you send the phone to them if you contact them online - they did that to me when I emailed them about issues I had/have been having with my G3 - so I would first go to your place of purchase and see what they can do for you before sending your phone out to LG and paying for them to look at it.
