Volume+ settings

I have the paid version of Volume+ Not sure if this has been mentioned or not yet but if you enable the custom equalizer then disable it the volume gets much louder. Just found this out messing with mine. I have it set like this

Volume at 9 (mine goes to 15. It seems 9 is the magic number anything beyond is actually less loud once I disable the speaker modifications)
Virtual room check on and set at 6
EQ settings set at treble boost
Bass at 8

I was playing music through the speaker while messing with the settings and noticed a improvement after I was done messing with the settings (set to the same as above) I enabled "speaker modifications" out of curiosity and turned down all the options then when I disabled it I got a huge improvement in volume, maybe this is a bug? Again not sure if this has been covered yet or not but it worked for me. I now love the speaker on my galaxy nexus.Its LOUD Oh and I have disabled MusicFX in the apps section in the settings. Hope you all share my experience! Sorry if this is a repost.

I didn't have much success with Volume+. Sometimes it worked, other times it didn't.

Volume+ didn't work for me either. I hope there is a update soon. I don't mind the volume being quiet...but I use my phone as an alarm clock as well...and could really used the increased volume for it.
