Jesus Christmas I took a tumble on the treadmill thanks to my earphones and my volume rockers are forced in. Worst thing is I haven't added to insurance yet but was planning to in the new year!

OK, update!

Been massaging the squidgy back. Seems more clicky than usual but could be me just thinking that. Somehow the rockers popped back out. Either that or removing the headphones chord had something to do with it.

Bring it in for service and see if they can fix the issue, which was caused by a fall/drop!
