Just got a Voyager Legend earpiece and everything works fine except it won't announce the caller's name for incoming calls. I have allowed access to contacts and call logs, contacted Plantronics and updated firmware but still no luck. I tried pairing it with my co-workers phone and the voice announcement worked immediately on her phone. Anyone had any issues with this? I really need this to work. Thanks!
