Anybody use VSP(Verizon Support & Protection by McAfee)? If so would you do me a favor? Go to settings and check off all settings to scan all files, media, and apps and run a scan. Mine always crashes.
If you have the settings set up for all apps, all media, and all files it should be around 60,000 files or more when scan is completed.
