VVM question

I would like to know how to get VVM on my Mate 9? My carrier is T-Mobile USA. Do I have to contact them to provision it or install a 3rd party app? I was thinking since T-Mobile does not sell the device themselves, it is an unavailable feature.

Found an official t mobile vvm app in the play store. Looks ok.
