VZW Help: Is anyone else seeing weird data info?

So I activated my Moto Nexus on VZW on Wednesday. That night on my account, it had said unverified device which I knew would happen. But it also said my data limit was .19gb (yes the decimal is there on purpose). Anybody else experienced anything like this? What was your fix?

Also, I was trying to update my family plan and VZW wouldn't let it because there was an unverified phone on one of the accounts (my Nexus 6). I'm probably going to have to reactivate my GNex and then later attempt to reactivate my Nexus 6 (I do not have another Nano Sim device and I do not have a adapter or the guts to cut it).
