Checked my pre-order status ...... No email to refer to. I called CS, they dont see anything on their end.

WTH!?!?!?!
 
That happened to meet on a different phone and they forgot to charge me tax so they needed me to fix it. Good luck

I have the same thing, no email and I was not going to wait on customer (non)service for help. I did notice in "my verizon" the line I am updating has posted I have a device assigned to this line that has not been activated.

Who knows, I have to leave town tomorrow on business and I figure I will get it straightened out upon my return.
