VZW Treatment of Non-VZW Devices?

Does anyone know if Verizon is still treating Nexus 6 devices, not purchased from Verizon, differently? For instance they were listed as a non- VZW device on our accounts and customers were not given the loyalty discount.

After all the FCC complaints against Verizon for treatment of the Nexus 6, Verizon changed policy and is now showing phones as "non-Verizon Nexus 6". They are also allowing the discounts.
