VZW Unlimited Question

Just for a day. I transferred an upgrade from a smartphone line to my mom's, who has a flip phone. I activated it on her line, took out the sim, and called vzw to reactivate her flip phone. Once done I switched the HTC one to my line on their web site. All worked well. Unlimited data on both lines still and my mom's line is back to her old plan.
